1.PREREQUISITE IDENTIFICATION OF THE CUSTOMER
When placing an order, customers will be required to register with us and complete certain required fields on an order form. We may provide you with and/or ask you to use identifications and passwords and other means for you to be able to access certain areas of the Web Store, such as the My Account section of the Web Store. Registration will be made under the conditions that the customer agrees with the Terms and Conditions listed above, and that he/she shall be responsible for ensuring that such Secure Access is kept secure and confidential at all times. In case of loss of his/her password, the customer may ask them back, provided he/she goes on the "My Account", and clicks on the "Forgot my password" button. The customer will then receive an email on the adress previously stated with his/her personal identification number on it.
2 – REGISTRATION AND ACCREDITATION OF ORDERS
In order to place an order on the Online Store, the customer shall add in his/her chart any product he/she desires by clicking on the "Add to cart" button. The customer may subsequently add more items to his/her chart by clicking on "Continue Shopping". Once the customer is done selecting items, he/she will be invited to check his/her chart, by clicking on "My Cart". He/she will at this point be able to modify the content of his/her chart. After having the verification of his/her chart, the customer shall validate his/her order and proceed to the payment, by clicking on "Proceed to Order". Any validated purchase by the customer under the Conditions listed above stands as a firm, unalterable agreement. For any validated and duly paid order, we will send e-mail confirmation to the customer mentioning the number, and the detail of his/her order. A summary of the purchase will also be shown in the customer's account. In case of unavailability or any error on the site - f.e about the description of the charateristics of a product - The A Club reserves himself the right to cancel any order on the aforesaid product. In this case, the client will be informed by email, and may be proposed another similar product. In the absence of express acceptance, we will proceed to the total repayment of the previously debited sum - the rest of the purchase remaining firm and unalterable.
Payments are made online with a secured payment solution. Orders can be paid directly by credit card (Visa and Mastercard) with Redsys. The A Club 2015 S.L. has partnered with Bankia to secure payments, integrating the most recent security processes. Redsys encrypt data according to the SSL protocole as to secure users’ data.
The order will be effective after payment has been confirmed. In case of agreement, the account will be debited immediately after the order confirmation and the order will be processed. In case of refusal, the order will be cancelled. The A Club reserves the right to cancel an order if a payment problem occurs. In case of reimbursement users will be credited on the bank account linked to the card they used during payment.
The purchased items will be delivered, at the costumer's choice, either by tracked parcel, at the delivery address indicated by him/her. Please note that we do not deliver to PO boxes. Please note that there are restrictions on the locations to which we deliver products purchased from our Web Store. Details of the locations to which we deliver are available from us on request. The owning transfer is realised on the date of delivery of the purchased items to your nominated address. The maximum deadline of delivery cannot exceed 30 days as from the purchase. Whichever way of transportation the Customer has chosen, he/she will receive an email specifying their package tracking number. That will enable him/her to follow the delivery of his/her command. In case of delay or absence of delivery, the Client shall send an email to email@example.com. The A Club will in this case contact the messenger so that an enquiry is made. Deliveries will be sent to the delivery address that you have given on your order form. We cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect or incomplete.
It is the Customer's duty to verify the number and condition of the products at the reception. In case of any apparent anomaly of the parcel (damaged, opened, liquid traces ), the buyer or the person who receives the ordered product shall clearly state his/her reserves to the messenger, or refuse the parcel. Any anomaly concerning the delivery must be notified at the address firstname.lastname@example.org in a limited period of 5 working days since the reception day. In case of a justified refusal of a parcel, The A Club will proceed either to the refund of the concerned product(s) within the period of 2 weeks, or to the reshipping of the missing product(s). The A Club reserves himself the right to, at his own cost, ask the client to return any damaged product or delivered by error. We will therefore proceed to the refund of those products within a period of 2 weeks. Any complaint not done within the Conditions and Delays specified above will not be taken in account by The A Club, and will get him out of any obligation and/or responsability towards the client.
